This year's survey consists of three easy-to-use steps. On Step One, please use the "BROWSE" and "SEARCH" functions to locate and select all FBOs you wish to rate. Please select and rate ONLY those FBOs that you have personally dealt with during the last 12 months.

On Step Two, please rate each individual FBO on a 1-10 scale (remember that 10 is the highest). You have the ability to leave comments based on your positive or negative experiences at a particular FBO.

On Step Three, we will ask you some general questions about what you expect from FBOs. Additionally, please provide your feedback regarding AIN's various publications and make sure that your contact information is correct (we will not distribute your contact information to any third parties). After submitting the survey you will be entered into the drawing to win one of four $400 American Express Gift Cards.

Please note during the survey you can always return to Step One to update your Selected FBO list.
