Maintenance provider Jet East is deploying the Corridor (Booth 1845) ServiceEdge communications platform. ServiceEdge enables maintenance providers and their customers to communicate in real-time, anywhere on any device, with features to review quotes, monitor jobs, exchange digital images, and conduct chats.
ServiceEdge joins Corridor’s next-generation service center enterprise resource planning software (ERP) including Camp Connect, ILS marketplace integrations, advanced analytics, and the Corridor Go mobile shop floor. “ServiceEdge provides our customers with the information they need from aircraft arrival to return-to-service at any one of our nationwide service centers,” said Jet East CEO Stephen Maiden. Jet East operates maintenance hangars in New York, New Jersey, Florida, Texas, and Nevada, and fields a 24/7 AOG mobile maintenance dispatch team.
The ServiceEdge cloud-based communications portal is integrated with the next generation service center ERP and Camp connect and provides real-time, omni-channel communications, up-to-date status reports, controlled publishing, and customer accounts that enable customers to join ServiceEdge at the invitation of the maintenance provider. “Our industry is in solid growth mode and leading service centers such as Jet East are focusing on the service that customers experience,” said Corridor general manager Mike Greig.
